Amid threat calls to the Wadias and reports of the actress settling in US, Preity Zinta is finally reaching the city today from Los Angeles and is expected to provide supplementary statement to Marine Drive police. Meanwhile, cops have recorded statements of six people, including COO of IPL, Sundar Raman and BCCI member, Ankit Baldi.

According to police officials, Raman admitted that Preity had informed him about her spat with Ness on May 30, as stated by her. His statement, which took two hours, was taken behind closed doors at the BCCI office in Marine Drive.

Speaking on the case, Ravindra Shisve, deputy commissioner of police, Zone I, said, "We have recorded statements of six people and have affirmative information that will help us in the investigation.

Though the police have not revealed the names of other witnesses, saying it will hamper the investigations, they are now looking forward to meeting the actress to get more details about the case against her former boyfriend, and conduct a spot visit to Wankhede stadium to recount the day of the incident.

Shisve confirmed that the couple fought thrice in the stadium, once on the ground in front of the team, second time on the seating arrangement and third time in the room.
Officials are also awaiting CCTV footage from the stadium as well as from Sony Television to gather more information about the case, and have asked information about the team present at the time, so that they can interrogate them about the spat.
