Plastic may be banned but these lads don't seem to care about the rules!

Though the state govt has enforced the plastic ban in Maharashtra and offenders have been penalised for violating the ban, plastic was the only thing keeping these men dry from the heavy rains that lashed Mumbai on Sunday and Monday.
