It seems your Wednesday morning commute to work may take a bit longer than usual, especially if you are travelling via the Bangalore-Mumbai Highway.
Early this morning an oil tanker turned over on the onward ramp of the flyover leading to Chembur, just before the Makhurd flyover.
The police and a towing crane were present at the scene to clear the truck and debris. The police were also diverting traffic onto the flyover away from the road blow that leads to Govandi. Vehicles from Ghatkopar-Mankurd link have completely halted and all traffic is being diverted via the Son-Panvel Highway.
