A 65-year-old man was stabbed to death by his 22-year-old nephew over a property dispute.
According to police officials, the accused was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crime. He wanted his uncle to transfer his flat under his name.

The victim, identified as Kishan Kharvi (65), was a resident of Krishna Nagar Welfare Society Eksar Road, Borivali West, and the accused has been identified as Ashish Patil (22). According to the cops, the two have been staying in the same house for the past few years.
"On Saturday morning, at 1.55 am, Patil reached home drunk. He had an argument with his uncle over a property matter and asked him to
transfer the flat to his name. The victim, Kharvi, refused to do it and asked Patil to leave the house. The heated argument took a violent turn when Patil stabbed his uncle to death," a police offical told sunday mid-day, on condition of anonymity.
The cops said the accused also took his uncle's signature on a blank paper to transfer the flat under his name before killing him.
The police seized the documents and arrested Patil the same day. They produced the accused in court on Saturday, where he was remanded to police custody till October 16.
