In a crackdown against crime, the Mumbai Police organized a city-wide âAll Out Operation' on Friday night and arrested 48 absconding criminals and made 95 raids against illegal activities, among other operations. The activity was conducted from 11 pm to 2 am on Friday.

The operation included checking of 362 criminals on record for serious crimes, arrest of 22 externee criminals, 53 cases were registered under NDPS Act, including 44 for consumption and drugs such as MDMA, Ganja were also seized; checking of 851 hotels, lodges and musafirkhanas; nakabandi was done at 861 locations, 7,562 vehicles were checked; combing operation done at 189 locations; 1 Illegal firearm, 11 sharp weapons (knife, sword etc) seized; execution of 167 non-bailable warrants; foot patrolling at 428 important locations.
Police stations across Mumbai executed this operation.
