The accused: Dipesh Prajapati
The NRI advocate had arrived in the city on February 6 and is staying at her relative's house in Vashi, where she went shopping for some clothes for the wedding on February 10. According to the police, the accused, Dipesh Prajapati was a salesman at a shop they visited, called Princess.
Police Inspector Suraj Padvi from Vashi police station said, "The incident took place around 4 pm, when the survivor had arrived at the store for wedding shopping. The survivor felt his actions were unnecessary for measurements and came to the police station in order to register a case against him."
