Roads are littered with garbage. Residents faced a harrowing time commuting through filth during the monsoon. With over 1.4 lakh residents, the number of illegal constructions continues to grow

On June 27, we had raised the issues of illegal buildings, encroachments of pavements and shortage of water in the 2.84-sqkm ward. Hawkers and dilapidated buildings still block streets. Most of the unauthorised buildings are also fire hazards.

Roads are littered with garbage. Residents faced a harrowing time commuting through such filth during the monsoon. With over 1.4 lakh residents, the number of illegal constructions continues to grow.
