The magistrate court yesterday rejected an application filed by Chintan Upadhyay's lawyer to seal his house and office. Upadhyay demanded that these two places be sealed as the case is still undergoing investigation.

"We had filed this application with the court as we presume that there is a great possibility that false evidence can be planted at those places," one of his lawyers told mid-day.
