Chargesheet against Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab, the lone surviving terrorist in the 26/11 terror attacks, will be filed within two to three days.

The special court at Arthur Road jail is being prepped after 15 years for the trial of Ajmal Qasab. The trial is set to happen there despite reports in a section of media that the trial will actually take place in Pune's Yerawada Central Prison in view of the threats to Qasab's life.

Arthur Road jail houses several gang leaders from the Dawood gang, who has reportedly threatened to kill Qasab as he is the lone 26/11 accused in India's possession.

The layout of the entire room is supposedly being overhauled, the room being made smaller with back benches partitioned off.

Special judge M L Tahilyani is rumored to be personally overseeing all the renovation work.
