CBI, on Friday opposed Peter Mukherjea's bail application saying that he is one of the main accused in the sensational Sheena Bora murder case and since he is influential, he can tamper evidences related to the case.

Peter's bail application had been rejected once earlier. He was arrested on November 19, 2016. Other arrested accused are Indrani, her former husband Sanjeev Khanna and her driver Shyamvar Rai.
