BEST launches initiative to address consumer grievances

BEST has come up with an initiative in which depot managers and senior officers will be available to the public for meetings, one Sunday every month


In an effort to make Brihanmumbai Electricity Supply and Transport buses more passenger friendly as well as to increase the quality of commuting, BEST has come up with an initiative.

BEST Depot managers and senior officers will be available to the public for meetings, one Sunday every month. Passengers can now approach the authorities and discuss their grievances on an one-on-one bases. This initiative will help make BEST authorities easily accessible and more aware about various traveling woes that commuters face on a daily basis.

The days on which offcials will be accessible:

Day Division Depot

First Sunday City Colaba, Backbay, Mumbai Central, Worli, Bandra

Secoind Sunday Central Suburbs Dharavi, Kurla, marol, Dindoshi, Magathane, Majas.

Third Sunday Western Suburbs Santacruz, Goregaon, Oshiwara, Poisar, Malad, Malwani, Gorai

Fourth Sunday Eastern Suburbs Anik, Pratiksha Nagar, Deonar, Shivajinagar, Vkhroli, Ghatkopar, Mulund.
