Police have arrested a 23 year-old for trespassing into Amitabh Bachchan's residence, Jalsa. The accused, identified as Banwarilal Yadav aka Bullet, jumped over the bungalow's back wall and entered the premises at 8 am on Sunday. According to police sources, the Pune resident, who originally hails from Bihar, just wanted to "sing a Bhojpuri song" for Big B.

A short wait
Police sources said, after entering Jalsa, Bullet sat behind the bushes in the garden, where Big B's cook found him. "The cook was up early to make breakfast and he saw this guy crouching behind bushes. He immediately alerted the security," the source said.

Interestingly, Big B was present at the residence during the time of the incident, but it's unclear if Bullet managed to meet the superstar. Police said, Bullet claimed to be a singer by profession and primary investigations revealed he had no malicious intent.
Bullet has been booked under Section 447 of the Indian Penal Code for criminal trespass. Sources said, Bullet came to Pune a few days ago and worked at a construction site before coming to Mumbai. Meanwhile, his father, a Mulund resident, has refused any association with him. The accused was produced in court, but since he failed to furnish the bail amount, he has been sent to judicial custody for seven days.
