After Indrani, Peter Mukerjea bends backward for Baba Ramdev

The Arthur Road prison carried out a yoga shibir for inmates on Saturday evening, and yoga guru Baba Ramdev was there to teach inmates including Peter Mukherjea, a few asanas.

Mukerjea is lodged there as accused in the murder of his step-daughter Sheena Bora. Himanshu Ranka and Vijesh Sanghvi, both arrested for kidnapping a boy from Girgoan; John Fernandez and Prado Fernandez, arrested for cheating people online; and Dawood Ibrahim's aide Mustafa Dosa were also present at the session that saw asanas like Kapal Bharti and Halasana being practiced.

"I will supply free biscuits and Patanjali noodles to all inmates as prasad," said Ramdev in a show of theatrics. Senior prison officials Vijay Satbir Singh, Principal Secretary, Home Departments, Bhushan Kumar Upadhyay, along with jailor Bharat Bhosale were present. Pic/Datta Kumbhar
