Kadam, who works in a chemical shop, allegedly performed the criminal act inside the shop. "Kadam used to eat at a mess which is on the ground floor of the building, where the 13-year-old survivor lives. In June, the accused lured the boy to his shop on the pretext of giving him chocolates and sodomised him. Kadam threatened to kill him if he told anybody. Kadam continued this for six months and whenever the boy cried due to pain, he silenced him by giving him Rs 100," said a police officer from LT Marg police station. Since the boy was experiencing severe pain lately, the accused asked him to get him someone else if he wanted to get rid of his sufferings. The boy then went to his two friends, who also study in the same school.
