64-year-old Gupta has alleged that Sukhvinder Kaur alias Radhe Maa called him from her Punjab numbers between 10.30 and 11.30 am yesterday and asked him to let her move back into his Borivli bungalow Nand Nandanvan. Gupta had asked her to move out after her last brush with controversy, where she was allegedly involved in a dowry harassment case.

âBlack magic on my sons'
Speaking to mid-day, Gupta said, "Radhe Maa has performed black magic on my sons Sanjeev and Rajiv and my brother Jagmohan. She has taken them away from me and now, she wants my house as well. She called me from Punjab and asked me to vacate my bungalow. She has told me that she will be reaching Mumbai from Punjab late night and will barge into my house and forcefully throw my wife and me out of the house. She also said my sons will help her in taking the possession of my house."

He added, "I fear for my life. My wife and I are senior citizens; where will we go if she takes my house? I still remember when she first came to our house 12 years ago, she was nothing and my family supported her in her early days. Then she did some kind of black magic on both my sons and my brother. Hence, they don't think, but just follow her commands."
Complaint filed
Gupta says Kaur and her cronies are currently living at Sanjeev's Chandivali flat. A non-cognisable complaint under Section 507 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code against Kaur, said a police official from Borivali police station. When mid-day contacted Radhe Maa for comment, calls and messages to her media in charge and Gupta's son Sanjeev went unanswered.
