Stand-up comic Raju Srivastav, too, has joined the anti-Pakistan clamour. He was to travel to the country for a show in December, but has decided to cancel it in the wake of the Uri attack.
He said, "They (Pakistan) have been betraying us. I cannot perform comedy in such a country. Mere se aisi jagah mein comedy ho nahi sakti. I don't need their money."
On the MNS' threat, he said, "Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar's careers will not be ruined if two ghazal singers, three actors and two comedians from Pakistan don't come to India. Bollywood was there before they came and will be stay the same after they leave."
He claimed that Pakistani artistes fail to show their solidarity with India in the aftermath of any cross-border unrest. "Why should we even allow them to work with us?"
