'He was planning his wedding eagerly'

Avinash Tamka (24), was working at his father's establishment, and planning his wedding. The youth sustained fatal injuries in the Zaveri Bazaar blast, succumbing to them last Friday.

Kirtikumar, his father said, "He had gone for a bite at Khau Galli. We heard the blast and ran to look for him.

I wrapped him in plastic covers, put him in a tempo and rushed him to St George Hospital. The last words he uttered were "paani, paani." We had been so happy, planning his wedding."

His sister Dimple revealed, "I had already started window shopping for Raksha Bandhan. I will really miss bhaiya."
