A history-sheeter was arrested in connection with thefts in long-distance trains, a railway police official said on Thursday.
On August 28, a woman passenger of Konkan Kanya Express was robbed of her gold chain worth Rs 4.70 lakh as the train approached Diva in Thane district, he said.

"We arrested history-sheeter Dattu Ramdas Pawar from Karkamb village in Pandharpur. We have seized gold worth Rs 4.80 lakh and two mobile phones," he said.
