Gaurav Dixit’s flat drugs found

Acting on a tip-off from recently arrested accused Ajaz Khan and peddlers, the NCB raided the flat of small-time actor Gaurav Dixit on Friday night in Lokhandwala, Andheri.

Dixit, who has appeared in some Hindi films and daily soaps, was returning home when he saw NCB officials near his building and fled from the spot. Cops have retrieved Mephedrone, MDMA, and Charas (hashish) from his flat, along with packaging material. The NCB has launched a hunt for Dixit.

Khan was arrested after the NCB found drugs in his home. During the interrogation, Ajaz revealed names of a few actors who take drugs. The names were verified by the peddlers arrested by the NCB earlier, through which Gaurav Dixit's name came up.
