Four more arrested in Bollywood pornography case

The accused were given Rs 2,000 each to shoot a pornographic web series

Accused Naresh Ramavatar Pal had forcefully brought the actor to a bungalow in Madh to shoot a porn film.


The property cell of the Mumbai Crime Branch has arrested four more accused in the February 2021 pornography case. Three of these accused had raped an actress during the shoot of a web series.

Police have arrested four absconding accused in this case, including Naresh Ramavatar Pal, 29, Salim Sayyed, 32, Abdul Sayed, 24, Aman Barnwal, 22.
The accused were given Rs 2,000 each to shoot this web series.

According to the information received from the police, Pal is the casting director. He had forcefully brought the actor to a bungalow in Madh to shoot a porn film. Three accused - Salim Sayed, Abdul Sayed and Aman Barnwal had accompanied him.

Pal was hiding in Goa and also in Shimla, police said. On Thursday, police received a tip-off about Pal's arrival in Versova, after which he was arrested. Thereafter other accused in the case were also nabbed, from Versova and Borivli.

The Crime Branch had registered a total of four cases.

In February 2021, the property cell had exposed the porn film racket and had registered four cases at Malwani police station.
