A Special Court on Thursday has remanded the accused in police custody till December 2.
According to the compliant filed by the girl, the accused resides in Kothrud and frequently travels by the city bus to go to Sadashiv Peth.
The victim also takes the same bus to go to her school. The accused was stalking her for the last two months.
Shah threatened to kill the girl if she told anyone about his activities. Feared by the threats, the girl narrated the incident to her school teachers and approached the police.
Police sought his remand to investigate whether he has committed similar crimes earlier and whether he has other accomplices. u00a0
