Fairness creams, Arvind Kejriwal, Gujarat's no-alcohol policy to the beef ban and Trump -- these subjects make up the premise for an hour-long comedy tirade
Fairness creams, Arvind Kejriwal, Gujarat's no-alcohol policy to the beef ban and Trump -- these subjects make up the premise for an hour-long comedy tirade. For the laugh riot Sorabh Pant, humour is universal, and when spiked with bizarre dance moves, even the mundane makes for a houseful show of witty one-liners.
Pant, one of India's top comedians and former member of the collective East India Comedy, is back with his series, Rant of the Pant. It's a stand-up show that talks about the funny surrounding the socio-political situations, with a pinch of personal antics. Tonight, he will highlight relevant topics in his gags, including fat-shaming, the rise of trolls, gay rights and pollution. "Needless ranting with my standard staple of stupidity", is how he describes his act.
