National Red Wine Day, observed on August 28, is an annual celebration of the bold flavoured red wine across the US. India has been experiencing a shift in drinking culture which has contributed to a steady increase in wine consumption - be it red, white, or rose - as well as craft cocktails. Mumbai has been at the centre of this evolution, with city mixologists creating experimental concoctions.
