Mumbai is home to several Pan-Asian restaurants serving a wide range of cuisines and dishes from noodle bowls to dim sums and curries. The flavourful cuisine's popularity among its patrons is ever growing, with a number of kitchens springing up during the lockdown serving fusion dishes as well as traditional favourites. We've rounded up a list of the six hottest new Pan-Asian kitchens delivering across Mumbai.

Gluten free and vegan alternatives

Soba serves an expansive menu with plenty of vegetarian options. With dishes such as the vegan Tom Kha with Glass Noodles (INR 270) and gluten free Wok tossed Buckwheat Fried Rice (INR 310) the restaurant is the ideal choice for those with restrictive diets. Their signature dishes include gluten free Soba Noodles in Garlic and Cilantro Sauce (INR 330), Blue Pea Burnt Chilly Garlic Rice (INR 330), and General Tso's chicken (INR 360).

If you love baos or dimsums, ‘BaoDim: Bao and Dimsums' is sure to excite you. The delivery-only kitchen's menu includes a range of baos, dimsums, wontons, small plates, and wok dishes. The Char Siu Pork Bao (INR 420), Silken Mapo Tofu in Chilli Bean Sauce (INR 340), Veg Wontons in Soy Chilli Broth (INR 340) seem to be appetizing. Their Fusion Bao Burgers (INR 210 onwards) are perfect for those looking to experiment.

Sushi cakes

The ‘Oriental Hub by Colossal kitchen' is a delivery-only kitchen serving a wide range of soups, dim sums, sushi, appetizers, curries, and more. Avocado Cheese Sushi (INR 600), Mushroom Black Pepper Dimsum (INR 350), and Edamame Tempura Roll (INR 450) are a hit among patrons. They also serve Sushi Cakes (INR 1500 for 500 grams) in a range of variants, including Tofu Teriyaki and California Edamame.

If you have been craving fancy dimsums, ‘Zao Cha House' is delivering from Borivali to Colaba. This Bandra-based eatery has an interesting menu with luxury, poultry, sea food, and vegetarian dimsums.
