Blue's Kitchen by Loima offers an authentic gastronomical experience like no other. If you would like to try Japanese food beyond sushi and ramen, Blue's Kitchen is an excellent place to be. Using the freshest ingredients, this cosy eatery serves the most amazing Japanese curry. Their most loved dishes include the Chicken Katsudon in Japanese Sauce (INR 620), Prawn Katsu with Japanese Curry (INR 770), and Blue Kitchen's Special Roll (INR 870). With multiple outlets across the city, Fatty Bao is one of the most popular Pan-Asian joints. The menu includes a hearty mix of dim sums, baos, sushi, ramen, and small plates across cuisines. Their steaming bowl of Spicy Red Chicken Ramen (Rs 540) is a must try. The flavourful dish comprises chilli broth, dashi (stock) with lemongrass, kaffir lime, minced chicken, scallion, soft boiled egg, and sauteed leeks. The lemongrass and kaffir complement each other perfectly, and enhance the flavour of the broth. The pan seared gyozas are also recommended.
