Watermelon tuna

Khar's hot new restaurant Tori is known for its eclectic Latin-Asian fare. Their extensive menu spans diverse cuisines across Latin America and Asia and includes several vegetarian and vegan versions of traditional dishes. One of their signature rolls, the Vegan Tuna (INR 490), comes highly recommended. Made of aged watermelon, salted melon fat, and spicy mayonnaise, the dish is ideal for those who love to experiment with food.

Mango season

An underrated cuisine globally, Burmese food packs a flavourful punch. The Sayukthee Thoke or Grapefruit Salad (INR 430) served by Burma Burma is a light and refreshing meal. The chef's special salad has fresh grapefruit mixed with chilli oil, gram flour, and crisp brown onion, topped with lime to create a salad that's bold and citrusy.

Pineapple salsa

The Mexican box is a delivery-only kitchen that serves popular Mexican dishes- from Enchiladas to Tacos. Their menu also includes a number of interesting vegan and gluten-free alternatives. The Pulled Pork Taco (INR 600) comes wrapped in soft-shelled gluten-free tortillas and consists of slow-cooked pulled pork with refried beans, avocado slices, radish, pickled onions, and charred pineapple salsa. Strawberry heaven
