Enjoy delicious traditional Ramzan feasts, including raan and malpua, from the kitchens of two Bohri home chefs

Her Bohri thaal consists of fried and meaty Chicken Baida Roti, Mutton Bhuna Egg Roll and Bheja "The must-try dishes are Smoked Tandoori Raan, made by marinating the leg of lamb for 24 hours, cooking it on slow heat for two hours and smoking it for another 20 minutes.

And the Mutton Nalli Nihari, to be had with Khamiri Roti," she adds. Other Bohri specialties include drinks like Gol Pani and Bir Soda, and Hot Malpua or Jalebi with Malai and Sheer Kurma.

Dig into a massive seven-course spread from The Bohri Kitchen. This season, the chef behind the venture has brought out her festive Sheer Kurma, made with milk, sevaya and a variety of dry fruit.
