The city’s Asian gastro-bar, Fatty Bao, will celebrate their first anniversary with a week-long celebration of food and cocktails inspired by East and South-East Asian cuisine

The city's Asian gastro-bar, Fatty Bao, will celebrate their first anniversary with a week-long celebration of food and cocktails inspired by East and South-East Asian cuisine. Fatty's Travel Tales will feature dishes from Singapore, Seoul and Hanoi.

Sample Korean-inspired Kimchi Fries baked with cheese, Lo Bak Go - radish cake with wild mushrooms from Hong Kong, Cheung Fung - rice dumplings in yellow curry , Japanese Carbon Tiger Prawn Tempura served with Yuzu Mayonnaise, Bicol Express - slow cooked pork stew with shrimp paste and long chillies from the Philippines and end your meal with a light Rainbow Cake.

The cocktails on offer include Master Po with Whisky, Lapsang Souchang Tea Infused Vodka and Pineapple Juice, Silk Route with vodka, jamun fruit, lime juice and black salt and Ca Phe Hanoi with whisky, cold espresso, caramel syrup and fresh cream.
