Oats Malpue
Serving - 5
Ingredients
½ cup oats atta and ½ cup wheat flour
1 cup Khoya (Grated)
1 and 1/2 cup water, warm (60-70 degrees)
10 Pistachio, blanched and chopped into thin pieces
8 Almonds, blanched and chopped into thin pieces
Few Saffron strands
6 Tbsp ghee
4 cups sugar syrup
