Poppadum
Poppadum will introduce foodies to the delights of Kerala's famous Sadhya in Bandra. Home chef Sneha Nair invites everyone to her house for a traditional sit-down Sadhya that includes relishing yum Kerala fare on a banana leaf. Expect to dig into goodies from Nair's family recipes and spices sourced from her ancestral home.

Gujarati Thali

The Mighty Maharaj
The Mighty Maharaj is cooking up a glorious Gujarati Thali. The Shahs invite you to taste this
perfectly balanced sweet and sour thali, a signature dish of their family Maharaj. For this one meal, the Shahs have kindly agreed to ask him to cook up a feast of puris, farsan, three different seasonal vegetables, famous Gujarati daal, tons papad, buttermilk and khichdi.

Navroze Nosh by the Bawi Bride

The Bawi Bride
The Bawi Bride Perzen Patel is pulling out family recipes for Navroze Nosh, inspired by various members of the fun Bawa community. Contributors to this feast include her grandpa, maternal grand mother-in-law and even Katy Dalal whose recipe book came as part of her dowry. There will be mutton, chicken and fish made the Patel clan way.
