Mumbai Food: Failed to keep New Year's resolution? Here's a reason to celebrate

Every year we vow to improve ourselves by jotting down a list of resolutions, but soon, the mission feels like a struggle and some the resolutions are already a part of history. Giving this predictable turn of events a new twist, Monkey Bar is giving you a reason to celebrate instead with a Resolution Ruiner Party.

Co-owner Chetan Rampal explains, "Often, we hear of people making New Year resolutions at the start of the year, which they end up breaking after a few weeks. We thought of hosting a fun party for all those who would like to celebrate resolutions they couldn't keep." The party will offer combos of one beer with thin- crust cheese and toppings pizza, and a small plate of starters (choose from chilli cheese dragons, loaded nachos with molten cheese, hot wings with blue cheese dip and Reddy's popcorn chicken) at Rs 650 for vegetarians and Rs 700 for non-vegetarians.

The bar is also introducing a lucky draw, where participants can drop a chit with their name and failed resolution, and the winner will get a complimentary burger and chilled beer on every visit to the venue in February.
