Arts patron and philanthropist Shalini Passi and her husband Sanjay Passi were seen at the New Year's party hosted by actor Shah Rukh Khan and his family at his bungalow in Alibaug.
Shalini donned a golden dress with golden stillettos and subtle makeup with her hair swept aside.

Shalini is an arts collector and owns an online magazine called, MASH India. She also promotes emerging artists of the country through her foundation, The Shalini Passi Arts Foundation.

In the philanthropical front, Shalini has been actively involved in spreading knowledge among underprivileged children about arts and crafts, via workshops which give them opportunities to develop their skills.

Shalini is also a patron for Foundation for Indian Contemporary Arts (FICA). She is also one of the patrons for the Kochi-Muziris Biennale, one of the biggest contemporary art festivals in India.

Shalini's husband Sanjay is the President and CEO of Pasco Group, a company that markets vehicles produced by Tata Motors.

Sanjay started out at the company as the managing director in 1989 and is credited for its Rs 2128 crore-turnover.

Sanjay pursued BCom from Hansraj College, Delhi and also did an executive programme from the prestigious Harvard Business School.
