The co-founder of Pilates Studio, Namrata Purohit, is a celebrity fitness trainer. She has worked with some of the bigwigs of Bollywood such as Kareena Kapoor Khan, Malaika Arora, Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor.

The Mumbai girl proves that she is a water baby, not just with her many photos by the sea, but also with her captions. She wrote, "Sky above. Sand below. Perfect!"

This picture was taken in Platis Gialos where Purohit was seen taking a dip in the sea. She wrote, "Dancing with the waves, feeling the sea. There is nothing else I crave, I can just be me!"

Namrata Purohit has transformed countless lives with her peppy disposition, back-to-basics approach and her infectious energy.

Namrata said that if she is not working out, she is always on the go. "It can be dancing, singing, horse riding, learning Spanish, playing squash, a wide spectrum of activities," she says.

With a neon outfit and a pair of sunglasses, Namrata Purohit chills by the sea. She says, "The sea is holding my heart captive! But I don't mind..."

Namrata Purohit believes in the little joys of life. She says, "I also believe that meeting friends and spending time with parents is very essential too."

The water baby wrote, "Major beach missing today!! Someone want to take me?!"

In a picture where she poses beautifully, she writes, "Peaceful day at the quilotoa lagoon. Did you know quilotoa lagoon is a caldera, formed by the collapse of a volcano, in the Ecuadorian Andes, they assume it's around 250m deep but no one actually knows the real depth of this caldera!"

Namrata Purohit by the bay in Mykonos Town, said, "I can spend hours admiring the beauty all around me."

She says that the best part about her job is, "I get to meet so many people from so many different walks of life. When someone comes to you and tells you how they feel fitter, stronger, pain-free, in case of injury, it is the most satisfying feeling."

Namrata's Instagram is proof that she is a true blue water baby. She is often seen chilling, working out, hanging around in water bodies. She wore a blue sarong and posed candidly as she wrote, "Post diving happiness. messy hair, sun-burnt and very salty but perfect!!" 

In a pink tank top and shorts, Namrata spent some quality time with herself beside the sea.

Namrata hid herself behind the hat and posed in a lady-like demeanour. She wrote, "She sits in silence thinking of what could be, Smiling gently at what she can already see. She dreamed fondly of love and life, Unstoppable as she was, she worked so things materialise!"

Namrata is often seen working out beside the sea. She wrote, "Fun in the sun! Life's a beach."

The fitness expert never forgets to have fun. Bringing out the child in her, she is seen spending an evening at the beach on the swing.
