The trailer begins in the style of a rom-com and features Matt asking his future father-in-law for permission to marry Ginny. Ginny's name is not used and both Matt's and her father's faces are hidden, leaving the bride-to-be momentarily unaware of what is going on.
The bride-to-be begins to suspect that her boyfriend is on the screen and her astonished reaction can be seen via a separate camera embedded in the YouTube trailer.
To Ginny's amazement Matt then runs out of her father's house, jumps in a car and speeds towards the movie theater. Matt's trailer continues, showing him racing through the cinema doors, pausing slightly to buy some popcorn, then appearing by an astounded Ginny's side and popping the question.u00a0u00a0
