Question: What does astrology say about owing a house?
Dr. Vinay Bajrangi: Your horoscope can, for sure, reveal whether you have land or house owning prospects in your life or not. But first, I would start by saying that owning a structure is not enough. One needs to turn it into a home, and that feeling of owning one's own house is unparalleled in this world. A man is known by the house he keeps because it is the house that gives a man or a woman the ultimate satisfaction of having arrived in life. In the horoscope, the 4th house or Bhav offers a detailed analysis of property ownership prospects in an individual's life. Additionally, the D-16 Chart (Shodasamsa) among the Shodasvargas (Divisional Charts) is also dedicated to present a reading regarding the prospects of a client's property or gains through the property.
Question: Does a horoscope indicate when to invest in property?
DVB: Definitely! Through a detailed analysis of the relevant House and Charts, your horoscope can help your astrologer predict for your the best time to invest in property. However, before any such advice, the astrologer should foremost identify whether doing that would be beneficial for you or not. Once he has the right answer in hand, he should tell you about the right time to invest. The timing of buying a property is connected to the strength of the Property Yog in your horoscope. A weak property yoga will not let you achieve the optimum benefit of owning property, while a strong Yog will bring you maximum benefit even if your planets are average or moderately positioned.
Question: What are the ways that astrology can help in property matters?
DVB: Let me tell you by example - An individual was thinking of buying a unit to live in a top-end locality in Ahmedabad. For that, he needed to procure money by selling two of his previous houses, including one in which he was currently living. The said individual was doing this deal through his long-time friend, who had got him good property deals in the past too. However, the hitch this time was that while the new house was to get ready only after a year, the money had to be paid immediately. The said property consultant, a friend of this individual, suggested that he continue living in one of those houses until the time it gets sold. The proposition pleased the man, and he signed on the dotted line. One of the two houses was sold immediately. Incidentally, his new house's construction got stalled due to some Govt. notification for that vicinity.
Meanwhile, the second of his old houses was also sold after one year, so he had to vacate that house. Result: he had to shift to a rented bungalow.
It has been almost five years, but he still hasn't got possession of the new house as the matter is sub-judice.
I am confident that if he had consulted an astrologer, he would not have faced this fate. He made this poor property decision because he didn't get his horoscope checked for any property-related issues.
Question: Can astrology predict property through inheritance as well?
DVB: Before making any predictions of that sort, your astrologer needs to check your horoscope for the "Inheritance Yog." A strong yoga for inheritance indicates ancestral properties. The presence of this yoga in your chart will make it easier for the astrologer to predict the fructification period for the same. For inheritance yoga, there needs to be a good connection between the 8th, 4th and 2nd houses in your horoscope. Once the Dasha of the relevant planets takes place in tandem with the planets' transit over the inheritance-favouring houses in your natal chart, your birth-chart can also indicate whether you will lose your inheritance during the lifetime and whether or not you will receive inheritance in form of ancestral property. Thus, I suggest it is better to get a competent astrologer to evaluate and strengthen your chances of inheritance as per your birth-chart.
Question: Can astrology predict property acquisition with the help of date of birth?
DVB: Yes, it can. A thorough analysis of a client's horoscope can even reveal the number of properties that he or she will come to possess during his or her lifetime. The 4th and 11th houses are specifically studied for this evaluation, and if an astrologer is experienced enough, he or she will rightly evaluate the number of properties you will possess and also whether or not the properties will be beneficial to your overall good or not.
Question: Can astrology give predictions for real estate business also?
DVB: I have pointed out several times in my past interviews that astrology can indicate which business or profession is suitable for you. This includes the real estate business as well. In fact, a combined analysis of the houses in your horoscope favouring property and profession can provide you the right roadmap to follow in case you want to make a career out of the property business. DVB - This is a similar question to the previous one, but I will answer it in more detail. Your horoscope is the indicator of all that will happen in your life, including all your big and small decisions related to career, marriage, education, health, etc. Astrology also indicates which job or profession a person should choose and whether that choice would lead you to the desired outcome. The astrological analysis can offer you even the nature, time, duration, and partnership of a business before you decide. The same holds true for the property business as well. If your horoscope has a robust Business Yoga and if it is going to fructify in your lifetime, an able astrologer will identify it and inform you accordingly. An astrologer knows that whatever happens in your life, whether of your own accord or not, happens because of the specific planet combinations. Since property business involves not just huge sums of investments but also a lot of trust and reputation, an astrologer will help you identify the right path to choose in this business, saving you from potential losses, if any, in the future. More importantly, since property business brings you in contact with govt. Here I would like to add that reading horoscopes of females is a different branch of Vedic Astrology as there is a specific set of rules involved. Question: Can astrology help in case of property litigation also?
DVB: Vedic Astrology has reasonable solutions to property disputes and related litigations. The basic process involved is strengthening the Planet governing the disputes (helping you win) or weakening the Planet (responsible for defeat or loss) in a property matter.
