A firm believer in working towards one's passion and providing the best to his clients, he is the Managing Director of Meenakshi's Salon and Academy; a modern-day beauty salon chain in Chhattisgarh. Not only is he responsible for introducing the business to technological improvements and management. Owing to Yash Tuteja's zeal and hands-on approach, Meenakshi's Salon and Academy has gained immense popularity amongst many celebrities and has set up new branches in Raipur as well as Bilaspur.

Apart from his achievements in the Salon industry, Yash Tuteja has also been constantly working for his vision of imparting knowledge and education to students preparing for civil services and competitive examinations such as UPSC and CGPSC, etc. As the director of Tuteja Academy, an all-inclusive academy that provides coaching for these examinations in Raipur and Bilaspur, he aims to train young minds for a better tomorrow and an even better India.

It was once quoted, "What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make." Yash Tuteja has marvelously proved the worth of this. With the thought of giving back to society more than he has received, he established an NGO, Aashayien, along with his friends. With the unshakable desire to serve those who are in need, Yash and his friends have been passionately helping people for 10 years and have been working towards the upliftment of the underprivileged section of society. They actively work towards public welfare and health awareness in society and have even done great work during the coronavirus pandemic.

Yash Tuteja has proven himself to be a messiah for people, his NGO not only distributed food packets and groceries to more than 10,000 people in Chhattisgarh but also distributed PPE kits to barbers so that they could earn a livelihood all the while maintaining proper hygiene and being safe as well. Their NGO is fully dedicated to the betterment of all individuals in need with the hope to support and assist a wider group of people shortly. Their objective behind this is to offer such people some privileges and allow them to enjoy life for a while.

With the mission to help people develop their personalities by providing them with the greatest beauty and health services, he believes that there are no shortcuts to developing long-term connections with clients and that only high-quality services can satisfy their needs. Winner of the Chhattisgarh Ratna Award 2021, he is a well-renowned face amongst media and newspapers and often makes an appearance in interviews owing to his drive to help people through his NGO. To benefit a larger mass, Yash Tuteja can be considered a figure of inspiration as a leader, philanthropist, and entrepreneur.
