We are living in challenging times and Real estate is impacted by this development. Most of the change can be attributed to factors both within as well outside the real estate sector. In the long run, it is consequential as there is bound to be growth in the coming months. Most financial experts believe that the best way to judge the changes in Real Estate can be understood by studying the changes in the Real Estate sector.

The year 2021 is forecasted to be the change-maker in the literal as well as actual sense. Real Estate has grown its market share in the Year 2021 and it is projected to grow at 5 percent per annum.

Factors that have made Real Estate change:

  1. Rising prices- The prices of making new buildings have gone visibly up in 2021. It can be attributed to high labour costs which in turn have led to price rise in making new buildings. Shravan Gupta feels that with opening up of the real estate sector due to government intervention. Prices will probably stabilise and act as a booster for the real estate sector.

  1. Unavailability of Materials- It is equally hard to find the right raw materials at this time. It is hard to find the right kind of raw material for making new buildings due to the unavailability of transportation.

  1. Lack of finance- It is hard to find the right kind of financing due to constraints on the availability of money. Also, there are not many people who are ready to invest in Real Estate due to uncertainty in the sector. Hence, there is a lack of finance in the sector. But according to Shravan Gupta, he believes that this trend might undergo some changes in the coming months.

  1. High Land prices- The prices of land too have risen since the year 2020. This can be due to the fact that most people are reluctant to invest in the land. And this in turn has led to high pricing of land as well as its availability.

The changing picture.

The situation is not at all gloomy and Shravan Gupta believes that change is visible. Today more and more people are choosing to buy new homes as they have realised the potential of owning homes. This has led to Builders making more buildings. And this has bought about a change in the real estate sector as well.

In conclusion, it can be said that real estate is projected to grow more than 10 percent by the end of the year 2021. It is also true that these are all encouraging signs which pay a good dividend in the coming years.
