Ratan Tripathi
Tripathi has set himself apart from the crowd and the competition and made his way from the hustle-bustle of Bombay to the very top. He says he had always dreamt big and aimed high - a strategy that sure has worked as evident by his stronghold in multiple sectors like IT, real estate, transport and logistics.
Tripathi reminisces, "I am very grateful for my family, not only because they have supported me endlessly, but also because they are the ones who have time and time again inspired me. I had always dreamt of a life where I am successful and where I am my own master. But dreams stay just that, if you don't put in the work; my family gave me the push that set me to work. Now, the success which I have gotten through their help, is what inspires me to keep working, to stay on this path and keep walking towards my goals.".
His values are reflected in Emonics' vision, since the company itself is an ever dynamic institution which is always striving towards bigger things. Just like its co-founder Emonics never stops or slows down. It is set to expand further with an entrance into the hospitality sector.
Tripathi has built Emonics up from the ground, through his determination and commitment. He advises one to go past their limits, and work on innovative ideas if they wish to see fruitful results and see what can happen if they use their full potential.
Persistence is another key virtue that Tripathi insists is important. He says, "Any business will come with its own unique set of problems. Initially it will feel like you are spending all your days and nights on it, and even when it takes off it will take up a huge chunk of your life. This requires you to be persistent, you can't give up at any point because the moment you decide to take it lightly, you are inviting your downfall. Persistence also requires you to be patient, whenever you run into a problem, don't take the quickest solution out. Try to keep your cool and make your mind stable, think everything through and then make a decision.".
Ratan Tripathi would like to wish all our readers all the best for their future and advises them to have faith in their talent and take the leap to start working on their dreams.
