Rajiv Adatia
Some people are born into this world with a purpose bigger than just leading a good life. They are here to provide for others, to do something for people around them. This is how one can describe Rajiv Adatia, a former model turned entrepreneur who is now a motivational speaker. Having lost his father at the tender age of 18, life hasn't been easy for him. He had to struggle a lot to become what he is today and achieve all that he has. From completing his schooling to taking up modeling as a career, Rajiv Adatia had to juggle in between these two simultaneously. In order to build his modeling career, he signed various contracts with national and international agencies which helped him gain immense popularity. After pursuing his degree in Performing Arts and Psychology from London, he left modeling and engaged himself in business, and became an entrepreneur. He started working with a wedding decor company Wed in Style in order to establish himself in the entrepreneurial world.
It is often said that "Striving for success without hard work is like trying to harvest where you haven't planted." Rajiv Adatia embodies this in every sense. Owing to his hard work and constant efforts, he made connections in Mumbai which led him to start his event management company and gain success through it. After working for a few years in this field, he could never be satisfied and always had a nagging feeling of something missing from his life.

Rajiv Adatia has always had a wish of giving back to the world and its people more than he got. In a world full of negativity, uncertainty, and loneliness, he could not help but realize the importance of pushing an individual towards staying focused, believing in them, and most importantly thinking positive. As Rajiv Adatia says, "The power of words is so strong; I always felt that words helped me heal from the things that I was going through." This belief of him towards helping the people affected by the negativity around them led him to the path of becoming a motivational speaker. In a time when people on social media are busy judging others, criticism and self-doubt become prevailing issues in everyone's life.
With the aim to spread positivity all around and making people realize the worth that their life has, he has been constantly working to make people around him happy. He not only tries to assure them that everything will turn out to be well but also motivates them to feel the positive vibrations from within. In the future, Rajiv Adatia plans on writing a motivational book that will try to help the ones suffering from anxiety and depression to change their perspective from negative to positive and even believe in something that he says, "Happier people mean healthier people."
