Innate to the creative skills that he possesses, Rahill made his stage debut merely at an age of six when he started learning dance under the renowned choreographer ShiamakDavar.

Eventually, his love for dance blossomed and saw his passion develop for theatre and films. From a very tender age, Rahill bagged a lot of TV commercials for reputed brands like Croma,Mochi, Westside and many others. Along with acting and dancing, the supremely talented lad gradually deep-dived into the field of music. With electronic music captivating his attention, Rahill learnt music production and DJing. For more than seven years, the creative artist has been entertaining the audience with his performances at various clubs and events.

However, in 2020, Rahill Mehta went on to do the unimaginable. While DJing became a part of his life in 2015, dancing has been with him throughout the years. He decided to integrate interests of dance and DJing that saw the birth of the well-known name that we know as The Dancing DJ. He says, "Combining both these skills, I am on a platform where I am chasing doing both the things that I love the most. I believe to be the best, it is significant that you create an identity that is completely in contrast to what others are doing in the game."

Moreover, The Dancing DJ has been India's first live performer to bring the fusion dance and DJing during events. Through the support from a team of dancers, Rahill has often stunned everyone with his unique dance music videos. His distinctiveness and creative flair have made him a household name in Mumbai's most premium clubs including Escobar and Tryst.

While a majority of his shows have been jam-packed in the past, the DJ misses the cheers and craziness that happened during the pre-covid times. After earning the tag of India's first Dancing DJ, Rahill Mehta has truly created an identity like no other in the industry. The varied skills that he is blessed with are being upgraded time after time that has established him as a profound name in the entertainment industry.
