For someone who started with no knowledge of the real estate sector, Parin Majithia of the illustrious ‘Majithia Real Estate' has done remarkably well for himself and his family business. This young and dynamic entrepreneur is writing new history in the market of real estate and he has been suitably rewarded with multiple honours for doing that at such a young age. Today, he is ‘Forbes - Icons of Inspiration 2021', ‘Economic Times Dynamic Real Estate Entrepreneur 2020' and he has been creating remarkable projects across the landscape in Mumbai, the Maximum City.

Parin's background in architectural design gave him the necessary impetus to come forward and join the family business, eventually taking it forward with his ingenuity and exceptional skills. But he came in as a novice as far as the real estate sector is concerned. In his own words, "Coming from an Architectural, Design background I had no knowledge how the Real Estate of the new timeline works. I had to come to the field starting from becoming a caller for a project, initially learning the skills of primary visit with the client, and eventually closure. With no marketing background, no technical know-how of the organic and new-age lead generating tools I had limitations. Every project, each client's requirement is different and so is their budget, I had to get myself a deep thorough knowledge on everything outside and inside."

Not surprisingly, the industrious young man kept working hard and learning every moment of work, and years later, Parin has launched a unique web portal, YourHomes, which brings the choicest properties around the world onto one platform for interested customers.

Talking about his brand and its USP, Parin says, "I am trying to make ‘the search' of the customers easy. I am easing out their decisions which are ever confusing, tedious with numerous projects to offer every five per cent increase in the pricing in competition. To serve a client's need in real estate is what I am here for."

However, it isn't always easy to succeed when the market is filled with competitors and customers are also highly discerning. In such a scenario, how does Parin make it possible for himself to prove a worthy successor for a business that was established four decades back? He replies, "Understanding patiently minute details of a client's real estate requirement on basis of their liking, pocket, point of interest."
