Anusha wants to give back to the community and do something for her country
Bazar Nao is an online eCommerce platform that focuses on groceries. The organization provides groceries on credit and they are the first e-grocery platform to do so. The sole focus of Bazar Nao is to help out the middle-income group whose livelihood depends on jobs. The primary aim of Bazar Nao is not to make a profit, instead, they want to focus on serving. Bazar Nao aims to be the best e-grocery platform Bangladesh has to offer. "This pandemic has taught me a valuable lesson, which is we should learn to appreciate our daily necessities. Previously, I never even used to think about salt or pepper or how it comes to my home. Now, I realize how difficult life can get without groceries", Anusha stated.
Most Bangladeshi communities have a local grocery store that provides them with groceries on credit. However, these stores do not provide variety. They do not provide all the goods that a person may obtain from a superstore or all the brands. So, they have to settle for less. With Bazar Nao, people don't have to settle for less.
"At the moment, our operations are limited within Dhaka city to ensure we can provide the most optimal service to our customers. We do plan to expand to the divisional cities and then grow nation-wide in a short time. With the love and support of our well-wishers, stakeholders and customers; we are accelerating at an unprecedented pace and we hope to establish a solid foothold in Bangladesh in less than a year", Anusha said.

Anusha's family has supported her immensely. In Bangladesh, there is a culture of a family trying to restrict the movement of the female members of the family but her family has always encouraged her to do what she wanted. "They have always provided me with sufficient freedom and pushed me to become the best version of myself. My father and mother, both have always wanted me to be a successful entrepreneur who can take care of herself and following in my mother's footsteps, who is also a great entrepreneur in her field, I am trying to imitate her success."
"I have chosen this path of entrepreneurship because I want to rise to prominence by the complete utilization of my skills. While doing a job is a safe source of income, Bangladesh is a country that is overpopulated and opportunities are very scarce. So, I decided to create my opportunity and provide opportunities to others as well through my ventures. I have seen a lot of people struggle for a job and then get fired under uncertain circumstances, I did not want to have the same fate", Anusha stated.
What Anusha is doing for the welfare of others
Anusha wants to give back to the community and do something for her country. For that, she has founded Fund a Nation. Fund a Nation has a simple purpose; to create opportunities for underprivileged individuals within Bangladesh and provide them with a better life. It would focus its work on building careers for the underprivileged youth and diminish the hunger problems that exist in Bangladesh. The foundation is a non-profit organization with volunteers and benefactors who arrive from different prominent industries of Bangladesh and willing to make a change for society.
