GAURANG: A scintillating young artist who delves deep into the dance of life

An eclectic person with myriad interests, Gaurang Oberoi believes in flowing with the sway of life and not halting at a particular destination, his goal is multifaceted, with an ambition to master skills in the craft of art, music, and philosophy. At an early age, Gaurang Oberoi became interested in the works of realized masters like J. Krishnamurti and UG Krishnamurti, to name but a few of the leading thinkers of their time.

With the resultant open-mindedness that came with the expansive self-education, Gaurang has embarked on a journey of mastering the skills required to compose music, songs that touch people's hearts while raising important questions about the basic facets of life, ones that we take for granted.

Even as he learns and tries to refine his music production skills, Gaurang has been writing a multitude of songs, with special emphasis on the style, intonation, and lyrics that strike a chord with the people, though each song comprises its own beatific uniqueness. The recording for his novel song was done in Mumbai as Gaurang Oberoi never stopped his curiosity from delving into interests such as dance, choreography, and fitness as he believes the body occupies a special place in the larger scheme of things; a medium through which art is vocalized and communicated in a highly personalized fashion to quench the thirst for etching a special mark of the individual soul.

As of today, Gaurang is planning to release his own chain of songs and is looking for a female lead for the next album. All the work though his social circle is small, Gaurang maintains special relations with the close-knit group of friends as he believes that close contact with a few people who understand and are trustworthy is worth giving time to, nay they comprise a special status in his life with the warmth and inputs that they give in to the mysterious web of life.

With the latent talent that Gaurang possesses it is but the time that he made a highlighting mark and gained the recognition that a young person bubbling with the energy that is required for a professional artist did. The journey of life, which takes years to decipher has been swiftly and craftily sorted into neat packages of activities that add zest, humor and cater to the palpable human emotions that we all go through.
