From Being an RJ to a TEDx Speaker: How RJ Vikrant Is a Beacon of Inspiration for Youngsters

When an individual is invited to speak at a TEDx event, you know there is something special about his life journey. A TEDx speaker is one who has trodden a path filled with difficulties and challenges but one that also led him to enduring success. Last year, Vikrant Bhatnagar or RJ Vikrant as he is more popularly known as, was invited to share his story as a TEDx speaker. Vikrant gracefully accepted the invitation and shared his journey which left everyone inspired.

The subject of Vikrant's speech was ‘how to think creatively' and in just 10 minutes, he gave an insightful lowdown on what it takes to keep yourself creatively stimulated and propel one's creative energies in the right direction. Being a successful RJ for more than a decade now, Vikrant shared how one should keep oneself motivated as a creative artiste.

Talking about delivering a speech as a TEDx speaker Vikrant says, "It was an absolute honour to be invited to deliver a speech as a TEDx speaker. I have been hugely inspired by several TEDx speeches and I am glad I got the opportunity to share some of my experiences through this platform. ‘How to think creatively' is a question that has been posed to me by several people in the past who wish to pursue a career in the media and entertainment industry. Through TEDx Talks, I could reach out to a large number of people and share my thoughts about the same."

Vikrant, who hails from India, is one of the most successful radio personalities in UAE today. He is an RJ with Kadak FM and is known for hosting popular shows like ‘Bumper To Bumper' and ‘Weekend Insaniyat'. The several awards he has won, including the IRFA RJ of The Year, bear a testimony to his talent. Apart from being a popular name in radio, RJ Vikrant enjoys a huge following on social media and is known for his sharp sense of humour and wonderful dancing skills.
