When it comes to physical transformation, we all look up to someone who inspires us in achieving that perfect physique. While some have the self-motivation, some take the external help of mentors, whom we address as coaches and personal trainers. Ray Wetterlund III, a celebrated name in San Diego's fitness industry goes synonymous with transformation; he has given new meaning to fitness with his exclusive workout plans. Working out has become very common as every person wants to get in shape.

However, during the process, many make fitness mistakes on the floor. Ray throws light on some of the most common blunders made by gym-goers during their workout. "Everyone wants to have a perfect body in no time. It is a continuous process, and it takes time for the muscles to develop. After every workout, I have seen people look in the mirror. Change does not happen in a day, week or month. The human body evolves with time, said Ray. Lifting weights more than the capacity is something which many people do and injure themselves.

The fitness expert rather suggests lifting light weights and do more reps. Besides this, Ray said that warm up before a workout and stretching post-workout is neglected by many which might result in muscles getting contracted in the long run. "Free your body before lifting weights and free it after a workout as well. It improves flexibility and range of motion and should be done daily", adds Ray. Furthermore, he explained that carrying napkins and bottles are some basics that need to be followed as a part of a fitness routine.

With a degree in Kinesiology, Ray Wetterlund III is a licensed and certified personal trainer, strength, and conditioning coach (CSCS), and sports nutritionist. He emphasizes balancing workouts rather than doing work immensely as it can lead to body pain and injury. The trainer enjoys a humongous fan following over the web and has a fanbase of more than 20 million across all the social media networks. Earlier, he was awarded for his 1000+ calorie-burning RW3 Boot Camp, and through his experience, Ray is planning to launch a variety of other workouts soon.
