Casting Director Anshi Sharma rises as popular choice for OTT casting

With a sight of creativity, the experience of almost a decade, zeal for art, and passion for her work, casting director Anshi Sharma is one of the most wanted persons in the industry. When it comes to OTT platform, she is the post popular choice for casting. Having worked with top brands like Carnival, Balaji Telefilms, Colors and Star Plus to name a few, she has launched around 8,000 actors till date in this short span of her career.

Anshi has been recognised by several national institutes too. The prime being recognised by Delhi government. Anshi is a digital sensation too. She makes videos to help actors get quick tips and they are much loved. Several YouTubers often come to her for work. Today, she runs an acting institute and helps actors achieve their dreams. Top actors from the digital world come to Anshi for rescue. She has done several Punjabi music videos as well. Worked with top singers and rappers including Badshah.

Sharma says, "I love my job, because it's my passion. From acting to casting, this journey has been full of experiences. At my training classes, we've introduced NSD exercises too. Actors get an overall insight and they're mentally prepared to step in the industry. With regards to casting, I first connect myself to the script and only then I feel I justify choosing actors for the roles."
