For Parikshit Shah, the journey of creating a digital marketing firm has not been an easy climb. Born with a rare brittle bone condition called Osteogenesis Imperfecta, he had his own mountain to conquer. In 2009, he got his first experience with social media through Orkut; it was only the beginning. In 2011, he moved on from the confined exposure of Orkut to Facebook, where he acquainted himself with a plethora of friends and followers. But for a wordsmith like him, who understood the power of writing, Twitter came as a real boon in 2013. There was no turning back from there as he soon managed to attract a vast number of followers, including various famous politicians, news anchors, and journalists, business people, and entrepreneurs, to his Twitter profile (@imparixit), owing to his wit and influential words.
These very far-fetched connections brought him a partner from Northeast India with whom he began his venture of building the digital marketing firm, Eerlik Media, in May 2018. Needless to say, the vision to make something out of nothing encompassed not only the journey but the very ideals of the firm as well.
In his own words, Parikshit Shah hopes to build Eerlik Media into a one-stop solution for social media and digital PR, mainly for market disruptors and start-ups. The plan is to continue as a bootstrap start-up focusing on the sole idea of digital marketing.
