Author Sneha Narayanan met the Honorable Governor of Telangana, Dr.Tamilisai Soundararajan and presented the Governor with her poetry book, Bloom, at the Rajbhavan. The Hon'ble Governor congratulated her and encouraged her to keep writing.

Sneha, an MBA graduate, quit her corporate job at IBM to pursue her passion for writing. Bloom is a multifaceted book exploring the themes of self love, self-esteem, body positivity and positive thoughts, and has been standing strong in the top 5 spots on the Amazon Bestseller list since it's release. Sneha has recently been featured in Outlook as one of the Top Ten Indian authors who have instilled in the youth a passion for reading. She has also been selected as part of "Top Literary Personalities" by Hindustan Times.

"I am ecstatic. I quit my job in 2018 and started a blog that went on to win an award under the Best Personal development category in 2019, despite having just 600 followers at that time. This gave me the impetus and confidence to pursue my journey as an author. Thereafter, I started posting lines from my poems as quotes on instagram. It wasn't an easy journey. My first few posts got just around 50 likes, but I wasn't disheartened, on the contrary, I was thrilled because that meant some fifty people were reading and liking my poems, and could resonate with it. I am so happy that my book got more than 150 reviews on Amazon in its first month. I still have a long way to go but I am amazed seeing the feedbacks and rave reviews that my book, "Bloom " is garnering from world wide", she says when we asked her about her writing journey.

"Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan is my inspiration. I am thrilled to meet her. Besides being an excellent Governor, she has also authored books, is an excellent orator and has taken many initiatives in social service activities related to women empowerment and medical camps for women", Sneha adds.

Sneha is currently working on her next book, Self love Fairytales and has been featured in various news and media platforms like Times of India, Deccan Chronicle, Hindustan Times, Outlook, Daily Hunt, Mid-Day, Influencive, Fox Interviewer, Dainik navpradesh, Jionews and Zee5.
