Master in Laws, Advocate Rohini believes that education is one of the important factors which can change the fortune of our nation because education has become the basic necessity for any country to foster. It plays a crucial role in the overall development and is rightly considered an investment as it boosts the GDP of the country. Since the last decade, the progress of India is commendable due to high growth in school/college-going youth. As per the numbers, the country has more than 1.5 million schools and around 250 million students which makes it one of the largest educational hubs in the world.

Advocate Rohini aka Rohini Tai who herself hails from a rural area knew the potential and necessity of a literate India and that's why she focused on educations of children Muktai Nagar and Jalgaon and since then has been working relentlessly.

While Advocate Rohini has made immense contributions in different sectors but she has primarily focused on imparting education to every student across her constituency along with Jalgaon. Her upbringing speaks volumes about her passion. "The way you are nurtured as a child in school decides a lot about the country's prospects", says Rohini. Like her father, Mr.Eknathrao Khadse, who is her mentor and as well as her role model, has been a Former Revenue and Finance Minister of Maharashtra, according to her "the economy of the state and the country as a whole depends on the educational system."

Advocate Rohini has been working as a chairman at Muktainagar Taluka Education Society. Since 2017. Apart from education society, she is actively taking part in organizing various student-oriented activities. Along with education, Rohini gives equal weightage to sports and other co-curricular activities. Speaking about the same, "Academics and sports go hand in hand. We can't neglect one for the other. Bright students make successful entrepreneurs whereas students with great sportsmanship help in grooming them as international sports personalities. The only difference is that the former is good off the field and the latter is exceptionally well on the field."

Based in Jalgaon District of Maharashtra, Adv. Rohini has joined hands with Samvedna Foundation that has led various initiatives for students. The advocate and social worker have been working towards providing scholarships to the students who have the caliber to make India proud on a global level.

Furthermore, she stated that education builds a foundation for the development of economic and social well-being. "It is the prerequisite to increase economic efficiency and social consistency. We must work towards building an efficient workforce. Only then we can help the poor to come out of poverty", she added. Society as a whole recognized her contribution in the field of education and awarded her with different awards at the state and national levels. For her commendable work, she won awards like Khandesh Ratna Award, Samajratna Award, Kartutwavan Award, and Lewa Icons Award.

"Live as if you were to die tomorrow, learn as if you were to live forever." A woman of such caliber and passion is not only an asset to the nation but rare to find. Continuing the excellent work, she is truly the epitome of inspiration for women of all age groups.
