'Reclaim Your Right To Health', a five-week wellness workshop in Mumbai will provide you the tools needed to lead a healthy life
Did you know that it is possible to make healthy and delicious Parmesan cheese without milk? Learn how to do this and more at Reclaim Your Right To Health, an upcoming five-week wellness programme.
"We will teach you how to change your lifestyle, and adopt a whole foods plant-based diet to help achieve your health goals," says Vinita Contractor, who conducts workshops on healthy living. She will lead the programme with nutrition and health coach Bhavna Kapoor.

Each session will include a theory as well as a practical aspect (a cooking demo). There is also a session on growing micro greens, conducted by Savio de Souza of the Green Education Organisation.

The theory will be dedicated to understanding the cause of obesity and disease, meeting protein and calcium needs on a whole foods plant- based diet, and incorporating raw foods and juicing. The demos include an introduction to oil-free cooking, alternatives to sugar, raw foods, and Mediterranean food made healthy.
The course is open to maximum 10 participants. On day one, you can bring along a plus one.
